How are we doing lately? It's been a while since my last email but that's the point, ain't it? In all other areas of content creation, I talk about consistency. But here, I experiment with "sending it whenever I please."

If we haven't met yet, hi! I'm Arielle. I love listening to podcasts, going on walking tours, helping people get paid to work in podcasting, and eating at this restaurant.

~This newsletter isn't a regular thing~ I'm busy with SquadCast, EarBuds, Tink, Sounds Profitable, Podcast Taxonomy, and other projects (and a little bit of a social life), and thus, can't make this a regular thing. HOWEVER...

HOWEVER, I will pop in from time to time to share tweets, podcast recommendations, thoughts on podcasting, ideas, gripes, and ask questions of you. NOW is one of those times.

Podcast Recommendations

I'm turning 30 on September 1. I feel lots of ways about that. BUT to make it about podcasts, I'm asking for your 30th episode on this thread. I've listened to a bunch so far, including episodes from Art Heals All Wounds, Beyond 6 Seconds, Soundtrack Your Life, and more to come.

I'm heading to Podcast Movement tomorrow. Will you be there? I'd love to meet up if yes. In preparation, I'm listening to Scam Goddess because Laci Mosely is one of the keynote speakers. A truly amazing get.

This is a podcast-adjacent recommendation. I spend (too much) time on the podcast side of TikTok and I see a lot of videos where people impersonate Ira Glass and they're damn good at it. This one really got me.
